Job Title Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and coordination of merchandising projects from inception to store activation, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all project databases and budgets, facilitating clear communication among stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to develop cost-effective retail display strategies.
- Troubleshoot issues proactively, addressing challenges promptly to keep projects on track.
- Conduct weekly meetings with internal and external teams to manage relationships and align on project expectations.
Job Title Qualifications:
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Accumulated at least five years of experience managing projects.
- Strong knowledge of retail or trade merchandising, with an interest in consumer products.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet and Adobe Frame.io is advantageous.
