Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Business Operations Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join the Quality Business Operations team in Everett, Washington.
The leader in this role is responsible for implementing a robust management system and key performance indicators that enable the execution of the BCA Safety & Quality Plan. This role will partner with leadership to clarify organizational priorities and strategy, improve communication, and strengthen Program Management Best Practices. This position requires strong organizational, communication and analytical skills to facilitate the successful delivery of projects and maintain alignment with organizational objectives.
This role is essential for ensuring the Safety & Quality Plan remains integrated across Engineering, Supply Chain, BCA Airplane Programs, Customers, Suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders and requires the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive relationships, while providing the structure required to enable the achievement of business priorities.
Successful candidates are natural self-starters who are eager to learn and aid in the execution of strategies, plans, and solutions in response to dynamic business requirements.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Level 3 $95,700 - $111,860
Level 4 $118,320 - $140,060
