About the Company



This role is responsible for overseeing multiple capital development and construction projects across one or more campuses. The position manages budgets, schedules, and reporting while coordinating with internal stakeholders, design teams, contractors, and procurement partners to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.



About the Role



Key Responsibilities



  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining accurate budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and status reporting
  • Develop and present monthly executive-level updates to support informed decision-making
  • Lead campus-wide master planning efforts, including site design solutions, capital budgeting, and phased development strategies
  • Oversee entitlement, permitting, and regulatory requirements for assigned projects
  • Write scopes of work for design, construction, and commissioning services; participate in procurement and cost estimating
  • Evaluate and level pricing proposals and negotiate change orders with contractors
  • Establish project schedules and drive teams to on-time completion
  • Review and approve contractor pay applications and monitor cost-to-date versus project budgets
  • Coordinate submittals, construction security procedures, and site logistics with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to support customized project solutions within schedule and budget constraints
  • Represent ownership interests in OAC meetings and serve as a key liaison among stakeholders
  • Support due diligence efforts for new site development and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects across multiple delivery methods (Lump Sum, CM at Risk, Design-Build)


Required Skills



  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for budgeting, scheduling, and executive presentations
  • Ability to travel up to 50%


Preferred Skills



  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Management, or related field
  • Experience delivering mission-critical or data center facilities
  • Extensive experience managing MEP trades
