My client — a fully integrated national developer with over $1 Billion in assets under management — is actively spearheading three major data center campuses and is seeking an experienced Project Executive to drive these high-profile, ground-up developments.
This is a high-impact, on-site leadership role based at the project campus. You’ll work full-time on site with periodic travel back home fully supported (flights, lodging, ground transportation, and per diem covered), combining deep project ownership with personal flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Overall executive leadership and accountability for large-scale data center projects from inception through commissioning
- Strategic oversight of construction execution, design integration, budget, schedule, and risk management
- Leading and coordinating internal teams, general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Driving performance on complex, mission-critical facilities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction
- Contributing to the continued growth of a rapidly expanding data center development portfolio
Requirements
- Significant experience delivering large-scale data center projects (hyperscale or comparable critical infrastructure)
- Proven track record as a Project Executive, Senior Project Director, or equivalent senior leadership role in data center construction
- Deep expertise in ground-up development, MEP systems, site infrastructure, and data center-specific requirements
- Strong executive presence with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, integrated developer environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $190,000 – $225,000 (depending on experience)
- Annual performance bonus: 20%
