About the Position

The Project Engineer will play a critical role in delivering geotechnical engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects, including bridge construction and slope stabilization in mountainous terrain. This position requires a licensed Geotechnical Engineer or Engineer In Training (EIT) with a geotechnical focus who can balance technical design work with real-world field application.

Working closely with internal teams and clients, the Project Engineer will contribute to project planning, analysis, and execution while ensuring safety, quality, and engineering integrity. Requirements

Education & Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Active Engineer In Training (EIT) license required or Professional Engineer (PE) with Geotechnical experience
  • Geotechnical Engineer (GE) license strongly preferred

Experience

  • 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
  • Experience with bridge projects and slope stabilization (residential and commercial)
  • Proven ability to work on projects in challenging terrain

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of soil mechanics, foundation design, and slope stability analysis
  • Experience with field investigations, testing, and construction support
  • Ability to translate engineering analysis into practical, buildable solutions
