Job Details
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Project Engineer to support our high-end residential projects. This role is perfect for someone early in their construction career who’s tech-savvy, organized, and thrives on keeping information clean, current, and field-ready.
What you’ll do -
Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Review and interpret plans and specifications
Coordinate with vendors, designers, clients, and consultants
Organize project information and keep it flowing smoothly to the Superintendent
Help keep projects moving by staying ahead of details and deadlines
What we’re looking for -
1–3 years of construction experience (commercial experience welcome)
Comfortable working in project management software and digital tools
Strong understanding of construction documents
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Clear communicator who works well with both field and office teams
