A well-established and growing organization is hiring a Project Engineer to support water resource and land development projects. This is a strong opportunity for an engineer looking to expand beyond pure design into project coordination, regulatory exposure, and asset development.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors to review engineering plans, specifications, and construction activities
  • Support water rights efforts, including permitting, compliance, and record management
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and material takeoffs while tracking project performance
  • Collaborate with leadership on land development, agreements, zoning, and public-facing presentations

What They’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 3+ years of experience
  • Ability to obtain Nevada PE within 12 months and Water Right Surveyor certification within 6 months
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with Excel and AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred); GIS exposure is a plus


Location: Carson City, Nevada (Onsite) M-F - (relocation assistance available)

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 base salary + bonus 12.5% ; PLUS discretionary bonus based on perfomance of company.
