Project Designer

Architectural Designer / Drafter

We are seeking an enthusiastic Architectural Designer/Drafter to join our team in either a full-time or part-time capacity. This opportunity is ideal for early‑career professionals (0–3 years of experience) who are interested in developing their skills and growing toward becoming a licensed Architect. The role offers hands-on exposure to real projects, fieldwork, and mentorship in a collaborative environment.

• Conduct site surveys to document existing conditions using 3D scanning software
• Translate field survey data into accurate drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Draft existing conditions and construction documents
• Support a variety of project types, including industrial, office, retail, and interior projects
• Collaborate with architects and project team members throughout design and documentation phases

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Familiarity with construction documents
• Strong interest in pursuing a career path toward architectural licensure
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Experience with Matterport or other 3D scanning technology is a plus
• Internship or entry-level experience in an architectural or design setting

• Primarily in-office role with time spent on-site for field measurements as needed
• Hybrid work flexibility (1–2 days/week) available for candidates who can work independently

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Baltimore, MD.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
