As our Real Estate Project Delivery Project Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and comprehensive oversight for a portfolio of significant design and construction projects. You will be instrumental in delivering projects ranging from large, complex endeavors up to $250 million, to multiple smaller-scale projects that collectively reach this substantial value.
Every day, you will act as the primary interface with Division Strategy and senior hospital leadership, ensuring seamless coordination and critical communication regarding capital projects. You will be directly responsible for managing project objectives, rigorously maintaining financial control through proactive budget management, accurate cash flow forecasting, and diligent resolution of project risks and contingencies. This relentless focus will guarantee that all projects are completed with exceptional outcomes in terms of quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will possess proven expertise in leading complex real estate design and construction projects with a strong track record of delivering within budget and schedule constraints. You will demonstrate exceptional financial acumen, including advanced capabilities in budget management, forecasting, and risk mitigation. Furthermore, your superior leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills will be essential for effectively engaging with senior leadership, managing diverse teams, and navigating the complexities of large-scale capital initiatives.
