Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company and is in need of two Project Coordinators with strong Planisware experience to support project planning, reporting, and data quality across a pharma portfolio. These consultants will work under the leadership of the Sr. Director,PM Systems & Infrastructure, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedules, resources, and forecasts are accurately transferred into Planisware and governance-ready.
These are 6-month assignments with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance.
The consultants must be onsite 3 days/week in Princeton, New Jersey. Alternative locations include the greater Boston area, San Diego, or Seattle.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the transition of project plans into Planisware (ePlan), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with standards
- Validate and maintain project schedules, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path elements
- Partner with Program Managers, Project Planners, Finance, and Resource teams to resolve data gaps and ensure consistency
- Support cost and resource planning by tracking inputs, timelines, and governance readiness across projects
- Maintain portfolio trackers and documentation to monitor project status and handoffs
- Assist in developing and updating Planisware templates, tools, and best practices
- Provide user support and training materials to improve Planisware adoption and data quality
Qualifications
- BS degree minimum; 3-5 years of experience in project coordination experience in pharma/biotech industry
- Proven hands-on Planisware experience
- Experience working with project schedules, resource planning, or portfolio reporting
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical drug development processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams
- Solid understanding of project scheduling concepts (milestones, dependencies, critical path)
