WSP is currently initiating a search for a Project Coordinator for our Lambert Airport Program Management.

Your Impact

  • Focus on helping our projects meet Key Performance Indicators and contribute to the overall success of the Lambert Airport Program.
  • Support Project Management with contract administration.
  • Guide and coordinate staff and assist in project management responsibilities, including oversight of project financial performance, adherence to project management and quality control plans.
  • Assist in the management and coordination of enabling and related program projects.
  • Work with Project Management to obtain data needed to complete agreements.
  • Prepares project related reports and analysis.
  • Assist with document controls in support of the project execution.
  • Coordinate and assist with organizing program and team meetings.

 

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 7+ years of project coordination experience within an engineering field
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to work with virtual team members in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
  • Demonstrated creativity, foresight and mature engineering judgment, and successfully managing multiple projects/assignments. 
  • Experience managing and reviewing project deliverables including planning and design documents, project reports, cost estimates, scopes of work, proposals, etc.
