Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support a fast-paced marketing team. In this role, you will help manage projects from kickoff through completion, maintain timelines, coordinate cross-functional communication, and ensure deliverables stay on track. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate project workflow across marketing programs and related initiatives
• Create and manage project plans, trackers, timelines, and status updates
• Schedule meetings, facilitate follow-ups, and help drive approvals and next steps
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful program execution
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Troubleshoot issues, communicate updates, and escalate concerns when appropriate
• Support process improvements and help streamline day-to-day project coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, marketing, or a related field
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized and execute with accuracy
