What You’ll Do
- Be the backbone of active projects by supporting Project Managers day-to-day
- Keep projects on track by managing submittals, RFIs, permits, and critical documentation
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and cost tracking—gain real financial insight into projects
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive progress
- Help build winning bids and proposals
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project logistics
- Maintain clean, organized digital project files
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, project support, or construction-related role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe (bonus if you’ve used project/accounting software)
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Interest in construction, environmental services, or infrastructure
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
