Project Coordinator – Network Engineering Technologies (NET)

This client is looking to add Project Coordinators to support several large contracts recently awarded. This is a 1st-shift, 100% on-site role working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The contract runs through 12/31/2026, with the opportunity for extension or conversion to a permanent position.

The hands-on installation work at customer sites is performed by local subcontracted technicians, while client owns overall coordination, planning, and execution.

The primary function of the Project Coordinator is to ensure that everything required for a successful install is in place—including:

• Materials: Devices, cables, and components
• Equipment: Lift trucks, ladders, and tools
• Personnel: The assigned technician

The goal is simple: when the technician arrives on-site, the installation can be completed without issue.

This is a highly detail-oriented, fast-paced role. The best single word to describe it is ownership.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If a material is missing, a technician is unavailable, or plans change, the PC must quickly identify a solution and keep the project moving.

While this is not a deeply technical role, it requires:

• Strong organizational skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and professionalism, even under pressure

• Network fundamentals
• Router and switch familiarity
• Troubleshooting coordination issues
• Support experience (technical or operational)

• High integrity

• Professional, clear, and effective communication skills

• 12 weeks of required in-office training
• These positions are currently 100% in-office
• Entry-level friendly

This is a Contract position based out of MIDDLETON, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
