What You’ll Do


As a Project Management Consultant, you will work within our global team of Project Management Consultants to deliver value. You will engage with key stakeholders and represent the MP brand. This role will have a strong focus on client delivery, with the opportunity to vary your experience and support our top engagements as part of our Seattle hub. Your responsibilities will be to:


  • Lead the project controls team and ensure robust schedule and progress management, cost management, change management, risk management and contract administration are performed to Customer requirements
  • Agree on reporting strategy with the PM, central Project Controls and Finance
  • Ensure all project and central reporting is provided in good time and with good quality, including steering reporting and reporting to GCP.
  • Provide explanation of reports including cashflow S-curve, change waterfall charts, etc.
  • Ensure the project controls processes on the project are robust including reliable source of data and information is used, processing of data is correct and aim to be free of errors, and output is reliable and can be used to guide project monitoring and inform decision making
  • Provide data analysis and more importantly provide foresight on impact of any cost and schedule deviation
  • Provide information, reports to above site functions (for instance Global Capital Project) and monitor KPIs
  • Ensure project compliance with the Customer’s financial rules, Project Management Framework(PMF) and the Customer’s ways of working
  • Review and interrogate information reported by others and conduct deep dives and error finding when needed:

Who You Are


You should hold a Bachelor's Degree or a Master's degree. For this position, we are looking for someone with 7 to 10 years of experience with project controls experience. We're looking for a candidate with experience managing capital projects in infrastructure, railroad, or transportation.


Ideally, you hold a PMP certification.

Compensation


MIGSO-PCUBED believes in fair and equitable compensation. The reasonable estimate of the current total compensatory salary range for this role is $160,000-200,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in an annual performance-based incentive program. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
