Rogers Group is currently seeking a Contract Admin with experience for the Greer, SC area for our Carolina SMA operations, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager. This role plays a key part in the preparation, coordination, and administration of contracts related to bids, construction projects, and ongoing work. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and experienced in handling contract documentation within a construction or project-based environment. This is a full-time, on-site office position and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.

Job Responsibilities:
· Draft, review, prepare, and maintain contracts for bids, projects, and construction jobs
· Coordinate contract documentation between Estimating, Accounting, Operations, and management
· Track change orders, contract amendments, and revisions to ensure accuracy and compliance
· Assist with subcontractor agreements, including document collection, organization, and tracking
· Maintain insurance certificates, bonding documents, and compliance tracking spreadsheets
· Help prepare bid packages and proposal attachments, ensuring completeness and accuracy
· Assist with job setup documentation for Accounting, including contract details and required backups
· Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy contract files and logs
· Track deadlines, approvals, and required documentation to support project execution
· Communicate professionally with internal departments and external partners as needed
· Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and project information
· Perform additional administrative or project support tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
· High school diploma required; additional education and certifications preferred
· Prior experience in contract administration, construction administration, accounting support, or estimating strongly preferred
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
· Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
· Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
· Experience in construction, asphalt, aggregates, or public works environments is a plus
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
· Dependable, professional, and safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
