IntePros is seeking a Project Administrator to support an environmental engineering client in Pittsburgh, PA. This role focuses on contract review, interpretation, and administration, ensuring project setup, billing, and financial processes align with contract terms. The position partners closely with Project Managers, accounting, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret contracts and subcontracts to ensure accurate project setup and compliance
- Maintain project data (budgets, rates, billing terms) in alignment with contract provisions
- Edit and validate billing, markups, and invoices based on contract terms
- Generate and finalize invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Track A/R, A/P, and support revenue updates in line with contract requirements
- Maintain organized contract files and documentation
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1+ years of contract review/administration experience (required)
- Strong understanding of contract terms, billing, and job costing
- High attention to detail with strong editing and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel; BST experience preferred
