Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Programmatic & Ad Operations Manager to manage, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across programmatic platforms. This role is responsible for campaign execution, trafficking, troubleshooting, reporting, and performance optimization to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Setup & Trafficking: Build, traffic, and launch digital campaigns across DSPs, ad servers, and social platforms
  • Ensure accuracy in targeting, creatives, tracking, and pacing
  • Programmatic Campaign ManagementManage campaigns across platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs
  • Monitor delivery, optimize performance, and adjust bidding strategies
  • Ad Operations ExecutionImplement and QA tracking pixels, tags, and creatives
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues, discrepancies, and technical errors
  • Maintain campaign documentation and workflows
  • Performance OptimizationAnalyze campaign KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, viewability, etc.)
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights
  • Reporting & AnalyticsGenerate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
  • Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with media planners, account managers, and creative teams
  • Communicate campaign performance and technical updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
