Role Overview

Sodexo Energy & Resources is seeking a Program Utilization Support Specialist to support a large, global facilities management account in Houston, TX. This role is a critical enablement function within the account, supportingfacilities procurement operations, supplier onboarding and sourcing coordination, contract and work-release execution, and data integrity across multiple sites. The Program Utilization Support Specialist serves as a central point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth procurement workflows, accurate supplier and purchasing data, strong vendor relationships, and adherence to compliance and governance requirements. What You'll Do

Procurement Onboarding & Sourcing Support

  • Coordinate procurement of facilities products and services from approved, contracted suppliers
  • Support onboarding for new and existing sites, including supplier and system enablement
  • Assist with contract setup, work-release processes, and procurement escalations
  • Perform vendor maintenance activities, including updates related to legal entity changes and acquisitions
  • Provide general sourcing support, including managing procurement inbox requests

Vendor & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary liaison between internal teams and external suppliers
  • Support vendor relationship management activities, including feedback, scorecards, business reviews, and quality issue tracking
  • Manage maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplier account setup and ongoing maintenance
  • Maintain purchasing and supplier data to support reporting accuracy, issue resolution, and operational follow-up
  • Manage purchasing card (P-card) data and controls

Compliance & Governance

  • Facilitate and monitor subcontractor reporting requirements (e.g., labor hours)
  • Manage certificates of insurance (COI) documentation and flow-down compliance requirements
  • Support governance standards to ensure audit readiness and contractual alignment

What You Bring

  • experience in procurement, sourcing operations, supply chain, or vendor management, preferably supporting facilities, MRO, or operational environments
  • demonstrated experience coordinating procurement activities with approved and contracted suppliers
  • hands-on experience supporting onboarding for multiple sites, including supplier enablement and system access
  • working knowledge of contract setup, work-release processes, and procurement escalation handling
  • experience maintaining vendor master data, including updates related to legal entity changes, mergers, or acquisitions
  • strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across sites and suppliers
  • experience supporting facilities management, energy, industrial, or multi-site operational organizations
  • proactive and service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on internal client support
