Program Manager - Learning and Development

A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is looking for Program Manager to join their team.


Job Responsibilities:


• Manage our talent development programs, including development planning, check-ins and executive coaching — which includes project management, Comms, People Business Partner (PBP) support, working with vendors, etc.

• Manage our talent development program, including project management and change leadership for the new tool roll out, training strategy and implementation.

• Partner closely with our People Business Partners (PBPs) to enable them to effectively lead adoption of the tool within their lines of business, including building manager capability for development conversations and team member engagement.

• Work closely with analytics team to evaluate adoption and understand usage—track how team members and managers are engaging with tools and resources and implement improvements.

• Collaborate within the talent management team and with key partners to drive operational excellence across our portfolio of talent management programs.


Qualifications:


• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.

• You have 8+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years of experience working as a specialist in Talent Management (or related field) leading programs for a business.

• You have a continuous learning mindset and strive for excellence in everything you do.

• Professional coaching experience is a nice-to-have

• Proficient computer skills with Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Excel preferred



Type: Contract

Duration: 6 months with extension

Work Location: Cupertino, CA (onsite)

Pay rate: $86.00 - $104.00 per hour (DOE)
