The Office for Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) is a System-wide entity charged to support the Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) in embracing the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion as key drivers for excellence and innovation for unrivaled healthcare service delivery, medical and health education, and research. ODI staff serve as consultants and subject matter experts on best practices in diversity and inclusion whereby they advise on System-wide policies and practices and provide education on inclusive and anti-racist behaviors to promote equity for all. The Program Manager II reports to the ODI's Assistant Vice President and is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of ODI's Administrative Pathway Programs, which include Administrative Internship Programs, Student Educational Sessions, Administrative Fellowship Program, and other offerings for underserved communities. These programs are designed to provide leadership and professional development, experiential, and educational opportunities in healthcare administration and corporate services to underrepresented minority (URM) students and young professionals who selfidentify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx, Pacific Islander, and/or Native American, as well as people with disabilities and members of the LGBTQ+ community. The individual in this role will supervise at least one intern to aid with ongoing program development

Compensation
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $79,720.00 - $119,580.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
