Program Manager, Clinical Operations

The Opportunity
This role sits at the center of the clinical team and is responsible for:
- Creating structure across documentation, reporting, and workflows
- Ensuring clinician notes tie accurately to programs and funding sources
- Supporting grant compliance, reporting, and internal accountability
- Building tracking tools, dashboards, and operational systems
- Partnering cross-functionally with clinical, finance, and leadership teams
This is not a clinical role — it’s the operational backbone that allows clinicians to do their best work.

Ideal Background

- Grant-funded, compliance-driven environments
Must-Have Experience
- Strong program or administrative operations experience
- Experience in grant-funded or compliance-heavy environments
- Building and managing trackers, workflows, and reporting systems
- High organization, follow-through, and process discipline
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Medi-Cal or funder reporting
- Familiarity with behavioral health or trauma-informed care
- Experience with nonprofit compliance and documentation standards

Compensation & Structure
- ~$80K base
- Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 403b match)
- Hybrid role with required on-site presence in the Bay Area
