This is a generalist Product Operations role that blends program ownership, systems management, enablement, and continuous improvement. The scope includes managing priority programs (e.g., SAP / EOL, Pricing Council, SLT initiatives), maintaining supporting systems and reporting, and reinforcing consistent ways of working across Product. Program Ownership & Execution
- Own execution of high-priority, cross-functional programs including Pricing Council, SAP / EOL (Sustaining Application Planning), SLT programs, and other Product Ops priorities
- Serve as the product-facing lead for SAP / EOL, maintaining product-level plans and coordinating closely with the Customer Transitions Office
- Support SLT → ELT forums and SLT workspace reporting to ensure alignment, visibility, and follow-through on priorities
- Coordinate Pricing Council operations, including SKU tracking, decision logging, audits, and process improvements (e.g., tooling transitions)
- Define success metrics and track outcomes for key programs, ensuring progress ties to business impact
- Manage other high priority Product Ops programs based on business need
Systems, Tracking & Compliance
- Manage systems that support Product Ops work (e.g., SLT Command Center, Confluence spaces)
- Maintain accurate program tracking (plans, status, dependencies) and ensure visibility into progress, risks, and gaps
- Monitor compliance with operating expectations (e.g., updates, deliverables, cadences) and drive follow-up where needed
- Ensure data quality and consistency across systems; partner with BI and leadership reporting needs
Leadership, Communication & Enablement
- Prepare clear, concise updates, briefings, and readouts for Product leadership, SLTs, and ELT forums
- Capture decisions and ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, CX, and Finance
- Own enablement for Product team processes, tools, and expectations, including onboarding and transition support for new resources
- Enable Product leaders to focus on strategy by reducing operational friction and improving clarity
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and evolve processes and best practices to improve consistency across product teams
- Identify risks, blockers, or inefficiencies and drive resolution with clear recommendations
- Improve templates, workflows, and tools to streamline execution and reduce manual effort
