OVERVIEW: PROGRAM LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

We are seeking a mission-driven Program Logistics Specialist who is passionate about operational excellence and delivering well-organized, Christ-centered program experiences. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role is responsible for executing the day-to-day logistics, coordination, and communication required to deliver Jobs Partnership’s curriculum—including LifeWorks—across multiple partner sites.
As a key member of the Program Team, the Program Logistics Specialist ensures that every class and event is prepared, coordinated, and executed with excellence. This role supports site readiness, manages program logistics, maintains accurate data and documentation, and coordinates communication with participants, volunteers, and partners to ensure a consistent and high-quality program experience.
CONTRIBUTION
The Program Logistics Specialist supports the operational execution of Jobs Partnership’s program delivery by ensuring all logistical, administrative, and communication components are completed accurately and on time. This role owns day-to-day coordination of class logistics, supports Learning Management System (LMS) administration and data integrity, manages program documentation, and executes participant and volunteer communications.
Working closely with the Program Manager and in collaboration with the broader team, the Program Logistics Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring smooth program operations, supporting participant engagement, and enabling a high-quality, Christ-centered experience across all sites.

SCHEDULE
Full-time, typically Monday–Friday, with flexibility required for evening classes, site visits, and occasional events.
COMPENSATION:
Salary range of $45,000 - $55,000
Annual Incentive: Up to 4% of annual salary
Full Benefits package, including 5% 401(k) match.
