  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning around machinery and production lines as needed.
  • Continuously stand, walk, or sit throughout 12-hour shifts as production needs require.
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to and above 35 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Crawl under and around machinery when required to perform job tasks or support maintenance activities.
  • Follow a Zero Harm safety culture by adhering strictly to safety guidelines and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Demonstrate reliability by maintaining consistent attendance and supporting production targets on a rotating schedule.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and quality standards.

  • Demonstrated track record of stable employment, including at least 6+ months of experience with a single employer.
  • Strong attention to detail when following production procedures and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented production environment.
  • Willingness to participate in and complete a structured safety training program prior to full production duties.

Why Work Here?

You join a stable, established manufacturing operation that offers direct placement and long-term career potential. The organization values safety through a strong Zero Harm culture and invests in a dedicated safety training program to set you up for success. You gain exposure to multiple departments, providing opportunities to learn new skills in machine operation, finishing, and shipping. The rotating schedule allows for extended blocks of time off, supporting work-life balance while still providing full-time hours.

Work Environment

The work environment is a large-scale manufacturing facility specializing in concrete-based products and house siding for the construction and home-building sector. Operations span three main departments: a machine operation area where raw materials are mixed to form cement board products, a finishing department where products are painted, sealed, or stained to order specifications, and a shipping/receiving department where finished goods are palletized and moved via forklift for outbound shipment. The facility is wet, messy, and very humid, and team members work in close proximity to bulk raw materials, moving equipment, and heavy machinery. The role requires frequent lifting of 35 lbs or more, continuous standing and walking during 12-hour shifts, and occasional crawling under and around machinery. The schedule follows a 2-2-3 rotating pattern with 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. New hires complete a one-week safety training program, typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, before transitioning to the regular rotating schedule.
