Production Worker /Helper B&C

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and packaging industry, is seeking a PACKAGING/PRODUCTION HELPER to join their dedicated team. As a PACKAGING/PRODUCTION HELPER, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the packaging department and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: PACKAGING/PRODUCTION HELPER

Location: Columbia, SC

Pay Range: $15.50/hr

Shift:B and C swing shift- 5:45 am-6 pm, B and D swing shift 5:45 pm-6 am

What's the Job?

• Load cartons onto conveyor belts to facilitate efficient packaging processes.
• Pull cartons off of belts, ensuring proper handling and organization.
• Assist with packaging products according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Lifting up to 50lbs on occasion to support production needs.
• Stand and walk for prolonged periods to meet production demands.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Comfort with standing and walking for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
