QPS Employment Group has a great Production Worker position available at a company in Fairfield, IA. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.
Production Worker Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assemble various components.
- Complete the various quality control and production forms.
- Respect the safety rules, factory regulations and work procedures put in place.
- Maintain the cleanliness of your workplace.
- Prepare the set up for assembly and the necessary parts.
- Perform any other duties requested by the immediate supervisor.
Production Worker Requirements:
- Have a high school or vocational diploma. Any other combination of education and experience deemed relevant may be considered.
- Knowledge of map reading.
- Knowledge of metrology.
- Ability to read, write and interpret information related to various assemblies.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Good execution speed.
- Able to work under the pressure of an assembly line.
- Resourceful and autonomous.
