Hiring Production Machine Operator – Steel Band Clamp Manufacturing

Denver, CO | Monday–Friday

We’re seeking reliable, motivated Machine Operators / Production Workers who take pride in precision, consistency, and teamwork. If you like staying active, running equipment, and seeing the results of your work every day, this role is for you.

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $21.00/hr

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $21.50/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday

As a Machine Operator, you’ll support multiple stages of the production process and help ensure smooth, efficient operations. Responsibilities include:

• Operating production machinery that manufactures stainless steel clamps
• Running up to two machines at once when needed
• Loading materials and performing visual quality inspections during production
• Making minor machine or mechanical adjustments as necessary
• Monitoring equipment performance and reporting defects or malfunctions
• Packaging and labeling completed products
• Staging tools, parts, and materials to support daily production goals

Required:

• At least 6 months of hands‑on machine operating experience (any industry)

Preferred:

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work independently after training

• Clean, organized, and well‑maintained manufacturing facility

This is a Contract position based out of DENVER, CO.

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
