Production Technician (Contract)

Contract Length: 3–6 months

Location: Wilmington, MA

Pay Rate: $20–25/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Eastern Time)

Job Summary

The Production Technician will be responsible for the daily production of subassemblies and final products while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily production of subassemblies and final products
• Follow established work instructions and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking, time-management, and prioritization skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to supporting internal and external customers

Training & Compliance Requirements

• Complete all required formal training as assigned
• Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures
• Comply with Quality System procedures, work instructions, and documentation requirements
• Follow Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and guidelines
