Production Technician

Join a rapidly expanding, innovation‑driven manufacturing team supporting the mining and clean‑energy sectors. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a hands‑on role in converting rare earth materials into high‑performance components used in advanced magnet technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a brand‑new, temperature‑controlled facility where safety, precision, and teamwork drive success every shift.

$25.00–$28.00 per hour

• Day and Night shift options available
• 3‑days on / 4‑days off rotating schedule
• Alternating 36‑hour and 48‑hour weeks
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Move, stage, and manage materials throughout the facility (includes occasional heavy lifting)
• Load materials into equipment while monitoring gauges, temperatures, and chemical levels
• Accurately record production data, process details, and machine metrics
• Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
• Use Microsoft Office to track production activities and create reports

• Experience in machine operation or production‑based roles
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to remain clean‑shaven to meet respirator‑fit safety requirements
• Cleanroom experience preferred
• Experience in inspection or quality‑focused manufacturing is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Wheat Ridge, CO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Wheat Ridge,CO.
