Production Supervisor

Seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations on the plant floor. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving performance, developing teams, and ensuring safe, efficient production.

This role will start on 1st shift for the first 2 months then move to second shift.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are met
• Build and execute production schedules, optimizing labor and resources
• Lead, coach, and develop a team to drive engagement and performance
• Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams (maintenance, engineering, quality, planning) to resolve issues and improve output
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and overtime to meet business demands

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, ideally within automotive
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience with ERP/timekeeping systems (QAD, Kronos, or similar) and Excel
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent hands-on experience
