About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations within a fast-paced assembly and metal fabrication environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, schedule attainment, and labor productivity while developing high-performing frontline teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to Plant Operations Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production activities across assembly & fabrication teams
• Plan manpower, materials, and workflow to meet production schedules
• Drive safety initiatives and maintain zero-incident standards
• Monitor KPIs (throughput, scrap, downtime, labor productivity, schedule adherence)
• Lead root cause & corrective action efforts
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop Team Leaders through coaching and performance management
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics to remove production constraints

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience (assembly, welding, or metal fabrication preferred)
• 4+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Strong understanding of production planning and shop floor operations
• Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, and quality systems
• Data-driven decision-making ability
• Strong leadership, accountability, and team development skills
