Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 6:30 pm - 4:00 am
- Friday: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

What you’ll do:
- Drive process improvements
- Implement lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Coach and develop a self-directed production team
- Partner with maintenance and quality to keep operations running smoothly
What they’re looking for:
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing OR an early-career mechanical engineer with strong leadership potential
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Experience with or exposure to lean manufacturing principles (5S, SMED, PDCA, waste reduction)
- Strong leadership style—someone who leads by example and builds team accountability
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and make decisions confidently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
