Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a hands-on Production Shift Supervisor based in St. Croix Falls, WI. The hands-on Production Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, managing production schedules, and ensuring adherence to established plans. The role includes supervising team members, fostering communication, and addressing operational issues to maintain efficiency and ensure quality standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and experience with injection molding processes to ensure smooth shift transitions and continuous improvement.


2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:15 p.m. (Monday – Friday) Tiered Sign-On Bonus!!!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate activities on the production lines
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies at all times
  • Operates company equipment - pallet jacks, hand carts, forklifts as needed
  • Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and work areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime
  • Provides quality products per customer and Q.A. specifications through proper utilization of equipment and trained team members.
  • Meets or exceeds production schedules with quality products as planned by production control. Communicated all deviations of plan problems with the planner and Plant Manager.
  • Accountable for accuracy and completion of all production documents.
  • Ensure O.S.H.A. compliance along with corporate safety standards are met through training as directed by safety team.
  • Communicate to other shifts/departments by performing a walk through and/or using the Work Center Log at the beginning and end of each shift.
