Job Description
As a Production Planner, you will manage supply and fulfillment planning within MRP systems to ensure that production work orders are accurately created, released, and supported with the right materials at the right time. You will create clear visibility into material positions, support prioritization and expediting of subassemblies, and help maintain accurate master data for production parts. This role suits a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing manufacturing environment and wants to grow with an innovative company in the aerospace and advanced manufacturing space.

Work Environment
You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment that supports the development and production of advanced aerospace and related technologies. The role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with Production, Inventory, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams. You will use MRP and ERP systems daily, along with advanced Excel and other data tools such as SQL, and may interface with Python or R-based reporting. The culture emphasizes innovation, continuous improvement, and a strong desire for team members to grow with the organization. The environment is dynamic and deadline-driven, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and clear communication.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middle River, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.05 - $43.27/hr.
