Production Operator

As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in our heat‑treating operations—transforming metal parts through processes like annealing to improve durability and performance. 🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Set thermal couples and prepare loads to ensure optimal heat distribution
• Load batch loads to maximize productivity
• Set up and operate heat‑treat ovens
• Monitor materials during processing to ensure consistent quality
• Start and shut down furnaces, including setting controls and valves
• Ensure accuracy, uniformity, and proper documentation during heat‑treat processes
• Clean and prepare parts for furnace loading
• Report any irregularities to your supervisor
• Follow all company processes, procedures, and safety guidelines

🏭 Work Environment

You’ll be working in a machine shop environment, surrounded by mechanical tools, equipment, ovens, and materials. Adherence to procedures and safety standards is essential. If you enjoy working with your hands and seeing the results of your work, this is the perfect fit.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, MO.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Charles,MO.
