Trius Lending Partners is a direct private lender specializing in fix-and-flip, bridge, DSCR, and small-balance commercial loans for real estate investors and developers across the East Coast. We lend our own capital, move fast, and stay accessible in ways institutional lenders can't. We've been named to the Inc. 5000 three consecutive years.

We're hiring a Production Associate to support one of our top-producing loan originators out of our new Raleigh, NC office.

The Role

This is an in-office, five-days-a-week position. You'll work directly alongside the company's top producer, helping manage his existing book of business and supporting new deal flow from first inquiry through closing. The right person is organized, client-focused, and eager to learn the business from someone who has built a strong practice in it.

This is not an independent sales role. It's a seat next to someone who already has deal volume, and your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Manage borrower communications and follow-up throughout the loan process
• Keep the pipeline organized and moving, coordinating with underwriting, processing, and closing teams
• Assist with new borrower intake, loan structuring conversations, and quote preparation
• Support business development activity including outreach, networking follow-up, and relationship maintenance
• Track deal status and flag issues before they become problems

What We're Looking For

• Strong communicator who follows up without being told twice
• Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
• Comfortable on the phone and in client-facing situations
• Prior experience in sales, real estate, mortgage, or lending is a plus, but not required
• Self-starter who doesn't need to be managed closely
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
