Production Welder

📍 Shelbyville, KY

Did you take a welding class in high school or at a vocational school? Looking to turn those skills into a solid manufacturing career with great pay and stable hours? I am hiring Production Welders and we’re open to candidates with foundational welding training who are ready to learn and grow.

• Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
• 💲 $23.50 per hour
• Weekend Night Shift | Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 💲 $27.00 per hour

(Enjoy longer shifts with more days off!)

• Perform production welding on steel components used in roll‑formed products
• Operate welding equipment (MIG welding primarily) in a manufacturing environment
• Read basic blueprints and follow work instructions
• Conduct visual inspections of welds for quality standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

• Welding coursework from high school, technical school, or vocational training preferred
• Entry‑level or production welding experience a plus (but not required)
• Ability to work nights or weekend shifts as scheduled
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setting

This is a Contract position based out of Shelbyville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr.
