Job Title: Production Associate / Installer
Job Description
This role supports on-site installation and service projects at customer facilities across Western New York. You will work as part of a small crew to assemble and install pod systems, pallet racking, dock equipment, and mezzanines using hand and power tools. The position is well suited for hands-on individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy active, physical work on industrial job sites. Training is provided.

Work Environment
This is a first-shift role, typically running from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You work primarily at customer facilities in an industrial setting, both indoors and outdoors. For at least the first four weeks, the work area is non–temperature-controlled, so conditions may be colder depending on the season. You will work in small groups, usually 2–5 people, focused on creating and installing pod systems and related equipment. The job is physically active, requiring extended periods on your feet, regular lifting, and frequent use of hand and power tools on busy job sites where safety procedures and appropriate work attire are essential.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
