Job Description

I am seeking dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our Tooele team as Production Assemblers. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role ideal for candidates with hand and power tool experience and a strong work ethic who are ready to contribute to high-volume production in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components by following simple work instructions.
• Use basic hand and power tools, with training provided.
• Help build and fasten frames, panels, and other components.
• Move materials within the work area.
• Perform basic visual checks to ensure correct assembly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Assist in the assembly of large-scale electronic and mechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Push and maneuver carts loaded with up to 750 lbs of equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
• Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
• Collaborate with team members and material handlers to maintain production flow.
• Frequently lift 50 lbs, walk, bend, and push 750 lb battery modules on carts.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools such as torque wrenches, drills, and crimpers.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to be coached.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in labor, warehouse, construction helper, automotive work, or hands-on hobbies is helpful but not required.
• Open to Spanish speakers with basic understanding and communication in English.

Work Environment

The Tooele site is a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance. Employees receive OSHA-compliant training, PPE, and site-specific safety orientation. The workplace is fully on-site with strict attendance and timekeeping protocols. Composite-toed shoes are required for work.

This is a Contract position based out of Grantsville, UT.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Grantsville,UT.
