Job Description

Join our team as a production assembly worker where your primary duties will include the assembly of various products related to scales, sensors, and indicators. This role requires reading work orders, interpreting basic blueprints, and following specific assembly instructions. You'll ensure the work cell is stocked with parts and replenish it as needed, while setting up and operating a variety of production machines.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to understand scope and details of assignments.
• Interpret basic blueprints and follow specific assembly instructions.
• Ensure work cell is stocked with parts and replenish from stock area as needed.
• Set up and operate production machines such as soldering tool, microscope, drill, fill machine, part washer, sand blaster, and magnet crane.
• Perform assembly duties including soldering, snipping, crimping, and clamping.
• Clean and pack products.
• Consult with Supervisor on questionable cases involving material, quality, or procedure matters.

Essential Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of general production experience.
• Proficiency in assembly and soldering.
• Experience in electronic assembly and packaging.
• Skill in machine operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Soldering experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Work Environment

Work the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 2:00pm at 18/hr

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgerton, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Edgerton,WI.
