Maintenance & Equipment Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Equipment Manager to lead the reliability, performance, and upkeep of production equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preventive/predictive maintenance and daily maintenance operations
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Supervise and develop maintenance staff; establish best practices and standards
• Manage CMMS, maintenance schedules, and equipment records
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Support TPM initiatives to improve uptime and efficiency
• Maintain and support PLCs, controls, and automated equipment
• Oversee facility systems and vendor relationships
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
• Partner with Operations to align maintenance priorities with production goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems
• Experience with PLCs, automation, CMMS, and preventive maintenance programs
• Proven leadership, training, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and work hands-on in plant environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and organization

Preferred

• Experience with laser systems, press brakes, robotic welding
• TPM and CMMS implementation experience
• Background in fabrication or metal manufacturing
• Technical certifications in industrial maintenance
