Product Specialist – Firearms Parts (AR / Glock / Sig Platforms)

 

MAS Defense, founded in 2013, is a nationwide supplier of quality components for the AR-15, AR-10, and Glock platforms, with a growing presence in Sig Sauer parts. Our mission is simple: deliver quality parts at reasonable prices while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, honesty, and integrity.


We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Product Specialist in our Charlotte, NC location to support our continued growth. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine interest in the firearms industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with ecommerce management, including product content, pricing, and inventory updates
  • Support and grow sales operations across all platforms such as Gun Broker, eBay, and Amazon
  • Pull daily, weekly, monthly etc. excel reports as needed to process orders, track sales data and monitor inventory
  • Process purchase orders and receive incoming inventory accurately
  • Coordinate cost-effective shipping solutions and fulfillment processes
  • Stay current on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings
  • Continued development and working knowledge of AR15, Glock, and related components
  • Crosstrain and assist in other operational areas as needed


Qualifications

  • Interest in or experience with firearms. A commitment to self-directed learning will be required
  • Ecommerce experience with website development, Gun Broker, eBay, Amazon etc.
  • Experience with or ability to learn basic HTML
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel required
  • Proficiency in computer operations with strong typing skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Work Schedule

We value a healthy work-life balance. Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Additional hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required during peak periods.

This position is designed to support multiple areas of business. Responsibilities may evolve as the company grows, and team members are expected to be flexible and open to cross-training to support overall operations.
