Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Portfolio Accounting and Performance Reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like Addepar or Orion and a deep understanding of wealth management systems. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients to deliver high-quality financial products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Product Owner for portfolio accounting and performance reporting solutions.
• Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and client needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
• Ensure accurate portfolio accounting workflows, including reconciliation, valuation, and reporting.
• Oversee development and enhancement of performance reporting tools (time-weighted return, IRR, benchmarks, etc.).
• Work closely with engineering to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support production releases.
• Monitor product performance and continuously identify improvement opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst in financial services.
• Strong domain knowledge in Portfolio Accounting and Performance Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Addepar or Orion (preferred).
• Understanding of wealth management, asset management, or investment platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
