About the Product
The platform enables employers to design, manage, and measure holistic wellbeing programs—combining wellness challenges, health assessments, coaching, incentives, and analytics into one flexible system that adapts to each organization’s needs.
What You’ll Own
- Lead end‑to‑end product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for core wellness platform capabilities.
- Drive product discovery through user research, market analysis, and opportunity validation.
- Translate complex, ambiguous problems into structured requirements and clear priorities.
- Own data‑heavy product areas such as analytics, dashboards, reporting, and insights.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to guide features through the full product lifecycle.
- Define KPIs, measure success, and ensure exceptional user experiences.
- Communicate product vision through compelling storytelling and documentation.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or B2B2C SaaS.
- Strong experience with data‑driven features—analytics, dashboards, reporting, AI, or complex business logic.
- Data visualization expertise is required.
- Familiarity with health risk assessments, scoring models, or predictive analytics is a plus.
- Ability to break down complex problems into actionable, structured solutions.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to inform decisions.
- Deep experience in product discovery, including user interviews, market research, and competitive analysis.
