The Data Solutions organization within the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB)'s Securities Services group is a newly formed business offering best-in-class data solutions for our institutional clients. In this role, you'll join a dynamic team focused on building analytics and reporting solutions for the buy-side.

As a member of the Data Solutions Product team, the successful applicant will join a leading, entrepreneurial and collegial team within the Data Solutions business that is responsible for the development of analytics and reporting solutions across all asset classes and financial instruments. Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and influence the global Performance Measurement product definition and strategy
  • Collaborate and influence enhancements to the global operating model and service framework
  • Partner with client service, business development and sales to generate incremental business
  • Proactively manage the commercial basis of the product implementing aligned to target operating margins
  • Proactively lead and govern business initiatives to successful outcomes with an inclusive stakeholder management style
  • Controls: Ensure appropriate adherence to Risk and Control policy and put appropriate risk mitigation in place
  • Communication Skills: Adapt communication style according to audience and occasion while being clear and unambiguous in conveying the message. Ability to influence and manage stake holders is a key

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in the Financial Services or Fintech industry
  • Need to have subject matter expertise in Performance Measurement, Ex-Post Risk, Contribution and Attribution Analysis
  • Experience with market and reference data vendors dealing with index, instrument and single security analytics
  • Experience in the Securities Services business in the areas of Custody, Fund Svcs with focus on instrument reference data will also be a plus
  • Needs awareness of licensing and redistribution policies prevalent in the market space
  • Be able to assist with the resolution of inquiries from internal users and clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Need excellent written and visual skills that is essential to defining the product
  • Candidate needs to be capable of influencing others
  • Proven verbal and written skills for updates as required to senior management including overall governance (milestone tracking and reporting, monthly and quarterly achievements) and call reports
