Capstone IT is helping our client to find a Sr. Product Manager who will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a growing Marketing Technology (MarTech) portfolio. This role focuses on driving customer engagement, personalization, and loyalty initiatives within a large retail digital transformation effort. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities, align cross-functional teams, and translate complex ideas into clear business value.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute 1–3 year product roadmap

Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Strong background in MarTech (CRM, loyalty, messaging, personalization)
- Experience building products from ambiguity (0→1)
- Proven cross-functional collaboration
