Product Manager – Mobile Product Operations & Management (Contract)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager – Mobile Product Operations & Management to support end-to-end product operations, go-to-market execution, and cross‑functional coordination within a fast‑paced mobile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong operational discipline, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, supply chain, and project teams.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote)
  • Finance acumen with strong analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of Project Management and Go‑To‑Market (GTM)- (Nice to have) processes
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word, OneNote)
  • Finance and ROI analysis capabilities
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies

  • Knowledge of the mobile industry (preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic knowledge of product promotion and sales principles
  • Experience identifying and measuring program ROI
  • Familiarity with Confluence (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine marketing program forecasts and ROI during promotional planning
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer forecasting and promotional submissions
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to execute growth initiatives in a competitive environment
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (Project Management, Product Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, etc.) to plan and execute product launches
  • Maintain detailed tracking of ranged products across carriers, including setup and lifecycle information
  • Submit and validate product setup information with carrier partners according to established processes
  • Coordinate packaging requirements and secure necessary approvals per carrier standards
  • Maintain and manage the promotional calendar; share updates with internal stakeholders
  • Manage key deliverables and schedules across internal teams and carrier partners
  • Oversee marketing asset requests and approvals from carrier teams
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
  • Conduct ongoing competitive landscape analysis for current and upcoming products
  • Manage product introduction and launch materials
  • Support account-level product management activities including samples, logistics, requirements review, and project setup
  • Schedule and manage meetings across internal and external stakeholders
