Title: Product Manager, Customer Benefits Experiences

Pay rate: $65.hr
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of customer benefits experiences within a large-scale digital financial services ecosystem. This role focuses on creating intuitive, personalized mobile and web experiences that help customers easily discover, understand, and maximize card-related benefits and partner offerings.
This position is ideal for a strategic, execution-focused product leader who thrives in Agile environments, excels at stakeholder management, and enjoys owning features end to end across complex, cross-functional teams.
Role overview:
• Lead product development for customer benefits experiences across secure digital channels
• Focus on benefits management, engagement, and discovery across card journeys
• Own feature definition, backlog prioritization, and delivery execution
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment
Key responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define product vision and strategy
• Gather, refine, and manage requirements in Jira based on customer and business priorities
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring readiness for sprint execution
• Work closely with multiple Scrum teams to define requirements, review progress, and confirm acceptance criteria
• Prepare sprint plans and support phased delivery and go-to-market strategies
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across product, design, technology, marketing, finance, operations, and controls
• Maintain and communicate the product roadmap across multiple development teams
• Manage delivery updates and clearly communicate impacts to timelines and roadmap
• Develop strong relationships with users and partners to gather feedback and resolve issues
• Monitor execution status, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and report progress to leadership
• Apply user experience insights, journey analysis, and industry best practices to continuously refine the backlog
Required experience and qualifications:
• Strong end-to-end product delivery experience, including roadmap ownership
• Proven stakeholder management across multiple workstreams and senior audiences
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with development teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills, adaptability, and initiative
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and making informed product decisions
• Experience delivering internal tools or customer-facing digital experiences preferred
Work environment and logistics:
• Hybrid schedule with three days per week onsite at Manhattan West
• Contractor must provide their own equipment
• Fast-paced, collaborative team environment supporting multiple active initiatives
The salary range for this position is $65/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
