Product Manager

CoverPin helps businesses reduce risk and stay compliant anywhere in the world through services and AI-powered automation.  Our approach is not traditional SaaS, instead we’re building “service as software”, turning complex, multi-jurisdiction workflows into simple, scalable product experiences.  

We’re looking for a mid–senior Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments someone who doesn’t wait for direction, takes ownership, and actively drives product decisions and execution across product, design, engineering, and strategy.

You’ll turn ambiguous problems into clear product direction and shipped features, partnering with design and engineering to build intuitive solutions for complex workflows. You’ll work directly with customers to understand needs and translate them into scalable experiences. You’ll drive automation and AI adoption while keeping solutions practical, own roadmap and prioritization with strong judgment, and help define how we build aligning teams, setting expectations, and navigating tradeoffs across engineering, sales, and customers.

• 4-7+ years of product management experience, with at least a few of those at an early-stage startup (pre-Series B preferred)
• You've worn multiple hats and have the scar tissue to prove it. You've shipped without a full team, written your own product & eng specs, and made judgment calls with incomplete data
• Strong technical intuition. You understand system architecture, data models, and engineering tradeoffs well enough to push back and prioritize intelligently
• Comfortable reading and writing code, querying databases, or digging into API docs. You don't need an engineer to translate
• Deeply user-focused and detail-oriented. You think through edge cases, failure modes, and exception handling before they become incidents
• You move fast and pull people with you. You work fluidly with engineers, designers, and QA without needing process to keep you on track
• Motivated by zero-to-one building in messy, ambiguous environments. You'd rather define the category than optimize the roadmap
